Three of our Year 8 swimmers; Lara, Faye and Darcey all delivered outstanding performances at the Swim Ulster Primary Schools Gala in Lisburn on 1st March.
Lara had a fantastic competition swimming the 50m breaststroke and securing a silver medal in the 50m butterfly.
Faye swam the 50m backstroke and the 100m individual medley, achieving personal bests in both races.
Darcey competed in the 50m backstroke and also set a new personal best in the 50m breaststroke.
Their efforts paid off as all three swimmers qualified to compete in the Irish Minor Championships in Dublin at the end of March.
