The day was blessed with truly excellent weather, with glorious sunshine bathing the grounds from start to finish, setting the perfect stage for a memorable event.
The school grounds themselves were a highlight, looking absolutely magnificent and impeccably maintained. A huge debt of gratitude is owed to Dessie Loughery and his dedicated team for their tireless efforts in ensuring the facilities were in pristine condition, a testament to their hard work and commitment.
The pupils’ effort throughout the day was nothing short of fantastic. Their enthusiasm, determination, and sportsmanship were evident in every race, jump, and throw. It was inspiring to witness such commitment from all participants, showcasing the vibrant sporting talent within the school.
Equally outstanding was the participation and unwavering support from the staff. Their dedication to their various roles, from officiating events to providing encouragement, was crucial to the smooth and successful running of the day. The collaborative spirit between pupils and staff truly made the event special.
