Empowering Future Leaders: Year 13 & 14 Shine in SistersIN Leadership Programme
Several of our Year 13 and 14 pupils proudly took part in the prestigious SistersIN Leadership Programme—an 8-month journey designed to empower sixth form girls by building confidence and expanding career horizons. The programme offered a rich blend of leadership development training, mentorship from female business leaders, and hands-on project leadership experience.
Our students embraced the opportunity with enthusiasm, launching a variety of impactful projects. These included: “Feeding the Future” – a food bank initiative aimed at tackling food insecurity and “Breathe” – a project focused on promoting mental health and well-being.
The programme culminated in a celebratory event at the ICC Waterfront, where the girls had the chance to network with a wide range of local and national companies. They were further inspired by keynote addresses from First Minister Michelle O’Neill and Deputy First Minister Emma Little-Pengelly.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the dedicated mentors who generously invested their time and expertise to guide our students throughout this transformative experience.
