The event, held on the school’s sports grounds, drew enthusiastic participation from students, teachers, and parents alike, creating a vibrant and competitive atmosphere throughout the day.

Principal Nicola Madden expressed her delight at the achievements and the tremendous effort put forth by the students. “Sports Day is always a highlight on our school calendar, and this year was no exception,” said Mrs Madden. “I am immensely proud of our students’ dedication, sportsmanship, and the exceptional talent they displayed on the field. Their hard work has paid off, and these new records are a testament to their commitment.”

Among the record-breakers in Year 8, James O’Brien distinguished himself in the 200-meter sprint, with a record of 28.57 seconds, while Anna Lindsay demonstrated her exceptional speed in the 800-meter race, setting a record of 2.52 minutes.
