Ukulele Orchestra takes place in M2 every Thursday lunchtime. It is led by Miss Hughes and Mr Lee, and it is open to players of all levels in all year groups. We also welcome guitar players and singers!

At the Christmas concert this year we performed Last Christmas by Wham and Happy Christmas War is Over by John Lennon. Throughout the year we rehearsed a number of different songs selected by the students and performed these for the P6 and P7 students and parents on Open Night.

LGS had its first ever Rock Festival this year, and the Ukulele Orchestra enjoyed performing Prince Ali from Aladdin and The Story of my Life by One Direction.

Any student who would like to join the Ukulele Orchestra should see Mr Lee or Miss Hughes.
