Pupils from Limavady Grammar School demonstrated their generosity and community spirit by raising £600 during our annual Christmas Jumper Day. The event, held as part of the school’s festive celebrations, allowed students to swap their usual uniforms for some festive cheer, such as Christmas jumpers and festive hats. All proceeds were donated to the Limavady Community Development Initiative (LCDI) Foodbank, a local organisation dedicated to supporting individuals and families in need within the local area. The foodbank provides essential items, including groceries and toiletries, to those experiencing financial hardship, particularly during challenging times like Christmas. A representative from LCDI was presented with a cheque from Mrs Madden (principal) and Mr O’Donnell (Vice Principal).
