Our U13 boys football team got off to a shaky start with an away defeat to Cross and Passion, Ballycastle. The squad then rallied and trained hard for the next few weeks and achieved victories against LHS and St Mary’s allowing us to progress to the semi-finals. Dalriada was despatched in fine style with some fast flowing football and clinical finishing. We met Cross and Passion again in the final, and with an earlier defeat to rectify, the boys got to work, winning the match 3-1 with a great defensive effort and superb finishing.
